RTO agent demanded ₹8,000 bribe for driving test — refused, failed despite perfect driving

Went for driving license test at RTO Pune. Agent outside said 'pay ₹8,000 for guaranteed pass'. I refused and took the test. Did everything perfectly — parallel parking, slope, 8-track. Still failed. Examiner didn't even sit in the car during my test. This is pure corruption.
