Auto rickshaw meter tampered — charging double fare in Mumbai

Auto rickshaw in Andheri, Mumbai charged ₹340 for a 5km ride. Normal fare should be ₹80-90. Meter was clearly tampered — numbers jumping twice as fast. Took photo of registration number MH-02-QA-4567. When confronted, driver became aggressive and threatened me.
