Car service center returned vehicle with engine damage — Toyota denies warranty

Took my Toyota Innova Crysta for regular servicing at authorized Toyota dealer in Chennai. After service, engine making grinding noise. Took it back — told 'engine damage due to bad fuel'. I've been using the same fuel station for 3 years. They caused the damage during service and now deny warranty.

This made me angry just reading it. How can they get away with this?

I had a worse experience with the same company. They don't care about consumers.

This company did the same to my elderly parents. Absolutely shameful.
