Called 108 ambulance at 3:15 PM for my uncle having heart attack in Lucknow. Ambulance arrived at 5:20 PM. Uncle had passed away by then. Hospital was only 8km away. Called 108 control room 7 times during the wait. Each time told 'ambulance is on the way'. If they came on time, he would be alive.
