Amazon delivered empty box — refund denied saying 'package weight matches'

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra worth ₹1,29,999 from Amazon on March 15. Order #114-8829451-7721984. When the package arrived, the box was sealed but empty — no phone inside. I immediately filed a return. Amazon rejected it saying 'the package weight matches the expected weight'. The box had some newspapers stuffed inside to match the weight. I have the unboxing video as proof. This is either a warehouse theft or delivery fraud.
